Required Documents
  1. Two copies of recent colored passport size photograph of account holder with name and signature attested by introducer in the back side.
  2. Photocopy of National ID with same signature as per National ID or Bank Certificate.
  3. In case of nomination to any person please attach one passport size colored photograph of the nominee with name and signature in the back side and attested by account holder.
  4. In case of mentioning Power of Attorney to any person please attach one passport size colored photograph of POA with name and signature in the back side.
  5. In case of Joint Account please attach two copies of recent colored passport size photograph of joint applicant with name and signature in the back side, photocopy of National ID with same signature as per National ID or copy of valid passport.
  6. Others (As per concerned regularatiry authorities)
Required Documents
  1. Two copies of recent colored photographs of the proprietor with name and signature in the back side and attested by introducer.
  2. Photocopy of valid trade license.
  3. Photocopy of National ID of the proprietorship with same signature as per National ID.
  4. Bank certificate.

  1. Photocopy of Memorandum and Articles of Association.
  2. Photocopy of Certificate of Incorporation.
  3. Copy of Board Resolution of the company (guideline has to be mentioned in the resolution for opening BO Account, authorized person to operate the account and decision of share investment).
  4. Two copies of recent colored photographs of BO Account operator with name and signature in the back side and attested by introducer.
  5. Bank certificate of limited company.
  6. Others (As per concerned regularatiry authorities).
Required Documents for Co-operative Society ( Samabaya Samitee ), Fund, Trustee etc.
  1. Photocopy of constitution of Account Holder and Registration documents form proper authority.
  2. List of Board of Directors.
  3. Copy of Board Resolution of the company (guideline has to be mentioned in the resolution for opening BO Account, authorized person to operate the account and decision of share investment).
  4. Two copies of recent colored photographs of BO Account operator with name and signature in the back side and attested by introducer.
  5. Photocopy of National ID of Account Operator with same signature as per National ID.
  6. Bank certificate.
  7. Others (As per concerned regularatiry authorities).

NRB/Foreigner's

For NRB's and Foreigners

  1. Two copies of recent colored passport size photograph of account holder with name and signature attested by introducer in the back side.
  2. Photocopy of valid Passport & Visa
  3. Bank Certificate of FCD Account. A Local Currency Account also has to be opened by the Account Holder.
  4. Work permit or Salary Statement
  5. In case of Businessman the account holder has to submit the documents of business operation.
  6. In case of mentioning Power of Attorney to any person please attach one passport size colored photograph of POA with name and signature in the back side and attested by account holder.
  7. In case of nomination to any person please attach one passport size colored photograph of the nominee with name and signature in the back side and attested by account holder.
  8. Others (As per concerned regularatiry authorities).
